Pelican Landing Community

Pelican Landing is centrally located between Fort Myers and Naples, in the city of Bonita Springs. Highway 41 borders it on the East side, and it extends to Estero Bay on the west side. The meandering Spring Creek forms the Southern border. The west coast of Florida has everything that you would expect, golfing, beaches, water sports, tennis, music venues, shopping, and dining.

This neighborhood is a WCI Community. WCI has been designing and building luxury homes and subdivisions in Florida since 1995. They are known throughout the area for luxury and quality construction. National Association of Home Builders and Builder Magazine named WCI “America’s Best Builder”.

Is Pelican Landing the Right Community for me?

When you drive in through one of the three manned, gated entrances, you will quickly see that this community is different than many housing developments in this area. Every effort has been made to maintain the natural trees and vegetation. The winding roads are lined with old live oak trees, pine trees, and many other native trees. The original cypress hammocks and wetlands and the wildlife residing in them have been preserved lending to the feeling of being one with nature.

This community covers over 2,300 acres of land and has approximately 3,100 homes.
