For a closing on my property in Fort Myers Alicia Lee was my selling agent. The buyers of my property had requested a home warranty with American Home Shield. I gave American Home Shield my credit card at the request of Alicia Lee. Then at closing the Title Company had inserted the payment again on my closing document. I told both Alicia and the Title agent that they were double billing me for this warranty. Both said that this would work out and I would receive my money back. That was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. Alicia and the title agent (Sara Barres) for First American were not careful and basically incompetent. Stay away from dealing with either of these two as they only look out for only themselves. This issue is still not resolved.

We cannot say enough about Ashley Prescott! She is both knowledgeable and professional and always on top of things. She was available whenever we needed her for questions or concerns. She is the best realtor we've ever had by far! A gem!!

We had a really positive experience working with Matt Liguori as our property manager. We lived in the rental home for a couple of years and absolutely loved both the property and the community. Matt was always friendly, professional, and very responsive—any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly, usually within 24 hours, which we really appreciated. When we needed to break our lease to purchase a home, he made the whole process as smooth as possible and was very fair and accommodating throughout. Finding new tenants took a little time, but he kept the property well advertised and was proactive in keeping us updated along the way. He was always kind, patient, and easy to deal with, even when I was probably asking for updates a bit too often! Overall, we’re very grateful for his help and would happily recommend him to anyone. A genuinely pleasant and kind person to work with!
