Lindsey Moffat is by far the worst agent I have ever encountered. Her unprofessional “I don’t care” narcissistic attitude is something no one should have to experience. We wanted to see a home in Boca Grand that was our number one choice while our home was being spec’d in Beachwalk which is the neighboring community. We were even prepared to sign a lease today as I only have a week left before I need to get out of the home I just sold. Originally we tried to schedule a time over the weekend with some other options on the schedule. Unfortunately she was unavailable. No big deal, since we knew we wanted to see this house we decided to change our plans and scheduled to meet today at 2:30 which was 4 days after. So we lost 4 days and only have 7 left now to find a place. We traveled 3 hours to get there for the appointment only to find out that she “lost track of time and was an hour away.” If we didn’t contact her she would have just blew us off after we drove 3 hours to see the property. She offered no assistance in sending someone else in her stay and had the audacity to say she was doing us a favor. It’s her job to show houses there was no favor to be done. We had such a bad taste in our mouths that we were treated with such disrespect with no concern or empathy for our wasted time. On top of everything my wife and I took the day off from work to do this and lost good wages for nothing. She definitely needs training. UPDATE: The company Moffat works for said they were going to call and make it right. They haven’t called and only posted that to try and save face like they care. Hopefully they fired or trained her properly. Some agents are so full of themselves and think that performing their job responsibilities are favors to their clients. 3% favor fee please.

First she helped me sell my previous house in a highly competitive market and negotiated top dollar for me. I was extremely nervous and she never made me feel needy or like a bother (I know I was high maintenance ). Next she guided me through the new construction process. Every turn she was there. From looking at models to my final walk through EVERYTHING was handled with my best interest and peace of mind at the heart of her service. They managed a rental property I was renting. They kept half of my deposit and ignored my requests for receipts. I’m sure they didn’t have receipts because the amount they charged me for damage didn’t add up to the value, and they never replaced the item. The part they did return, the check bounced. I would beware of a company this size that bounces checks and doesn’t follow Florida laws. Yes I was renting at 15895 Grassland lane unit 4512 in Babcock Ranch Florida. All the money I paid was through your office and the check I received that bounced was from your office. Also I was IGNORED every time I asked for receipts of the supposed replacement. I think the amount is determined by just enough that it’s not worth paying a lawyer. Probably been done many times. The entire time of the rental I had to deal with Lennar construction inside the home trying to fix their poor construction.

Tiffany was our guiding light through our whole real estate transaction process. She made an overwhelming, stressful situation so easy, calm and manageable I kept waiting for the stress part to come and before I knew it the keys to our new villa arrived in the mail. We do not live in Florida and desired to be snowbirds from Ohio one day when we retire. We had had Tiffany help us for Ft Myers realty about 3 years ago to take us out for a day while we were doing our fact finding. At that time we told her we are not actively looking but are getting a feel for the area and we hope to be buying in 3-4 years. That day she got us into the gates of 5 golf communities. I'm sure other realtors would not have gone through the time and effort she did for someone who was not actively looking. She even gave us a great restaurant option for dinner that night, Bimini Bay, which we loved. 3 years have passed and we had concentrated our search more towards the Atlantic side. One day I just decided to look on the Domain site and see what the housing market was looking like back in Ft. Myers. We saw our villa for sale in River Hall and it seemed like a pretty good deal. I reached out to Tiffany and reintroduced myself, wondering if she would even remember us. Her immediate response back was she remembered and would get in touch with the listing agent. Within 3 days she had a video walk-through of the villa which was very detailed (15 minutes long) as well as another home in Hampton Lakes. Here she was going out of her way for us helping us to get a better look at the house, instead of pictures, and she also offered her honest assessment. Needless to say we were very nervous since buying a home sight unseen is not ideal. But with Tiffany's advice, videos and assessments we felt totally comfortable and at ease going forward with the purchase. Then her professionalism really came through. Getting us through the process of signing papers, getting money transferred, contacting utilities which seemed daunting was really a breeze with Tiffany on our side. We feel so grateful and thankful that we were able to have Tiffany on our side during this big purchase. Thank you Tiffany. We will be forever grateful for your time, effort and hard work while making us feel as if we were your only client and you were only concerned about us. It’s a little intimidating buying a home for the first time because you don’t know what to expect. Aaron was excellent at explaining how everything works and what to expect throughout the entire process. Our tasks were clearly provided for us and we understood every step of the process. Aaron was great at understanding our vision and what we were looking for and provided us with listings within minutes of them becoming available, which was crucial in our case. I have a hectic work schedule which could have made it difficult for us to do walkthroughs, but Aaron was very flexible and able to get us in when it was convenient for us. What we really appreciated the most was Aaron’s focus on helping us find what’s best for us. He genuinely cared about us finding the right home and aimed to uncover any and all issues before we decided to buy. No surprises. Know what you’re buying. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolute worst experience working with a realtor. Or, anyone in the service industry. The showing agent couldn’t answer any questions about the rental. I got more information from the nice lady I met at the clubhouse, when showing myself around. (The agent was too busy to show me the amenities of the community.) When I reached out to the listing agent, Matt, I was snapped at and spoken down to. He answered the phone like I was bothering him. Yes, I did miss some thing on the email I was sent. (The info looked like it was part of the signature.) It was an honest over site. Miscommunication is not a reason to treat a person badly. Moving is a stressful time, especially when moving out of state in a short amount of time. If you’re looking for a realtor to answer your questions and help you through the process, do not choose Domain Realty.

Here's what it's like to be a renter of the Domain Realty Group and Matt Reed; 8:00 at night on a Friday I notice water coming out of the top of the hot water heater, I call the main number to the office (not expecting an answer but perhaps a lead as to what to do) but Matt answers right away, tell him the issue at hand he says he will call me right back. In less than 10 minutes Matt and a super plumber both call me back. By 9:00 AM the next morning the hot water is replaced with remarkable craftsmanship. Now that's service above and beyond.
