New Training Modules at Domain Realty- Seller Financing

Agents,

As you know we have required training at Domain the first week of every month on Tuesday and Thursday, and the second week on Wednesday and Fridays. 

As a reminder: Training #1 AppFiles, Training #2 (Real Estate 101), Training #3 (Contracts and Compliance), and Lastly (Vendors & Lenders: An introduction to preferred Domain industry Vendors). 

This week on Friday we will start our first training module (along with the intro to Vendors)....It will be a Zoom meeting but feel free to come to the Office...We will provide coffee and Doughnuts!! 

This Week's Topic: Seller Financing — How to Buy/Sell a House with Seller Financing

We'll dive into:

• The market shift and why seller financing is making a comeback

• The pros & cons of seller financing

• The mechanics and paperwork involved

• The theory behind creative financing

• How to pitch this option to buyers & sellers

•  Bonus: MLS + AppFiles hacks and cross-training
